Processing Time and Shipping

Most orders take 3 days to process prior to shipping. Custom items can take up to 5 days for processing prior to shipping. Orders are shipped on Monday and Wednesday by USPS Priority Mail. 


Return Policy

1. Returns and Exchanges a. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Esscents of Julia. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility a. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received. Items must also be returned in their original packaging. b. Returns must be initiated within 5 days of the purchase date. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.

3. Return Process a. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Please provide your order number and reason for the return. b. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item(s). c. Please securely package the item(s) and include the return authorization number on the outside of the package. d. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

4. Refunds a. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase, within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s). b. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. c. Refunds are typically processed within 3 business days, but it may take longer for the funds to appear in your account depending on your financial institution.

5. Exchanges a. If you would like to exchange an item for a different product or variant, please contact our customer service team to arrange the exchange. b. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we may issue a refund or provide store credit for future purchases.

6. Damaged or Defective Items a. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund, depending on your preference. b. Please provide photographs of the damaged or defective item(s) as this will assist us in resolving the issue promptly.

7. Exceptions a. Some items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons or regulatory restrictions. These items will be clearly marked as non-returnable on our website. b. Gift cards and promotional items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
